The game is very fun and easy to learn, and I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the board and pieces are. Great craftsmanship overall and the horse racing pieces have a nice weight to them. They fit perfectly in the holes on the board. Very happy with this purchase!

Game is a well made wooden peg board. I love the metal horses which have a nice weight and color to them. The price is worth it. It is easy to explain and fun for most ages around 9 and up. I played with my twenty something year old kids, my in laws and their friends, my co-workers, and we all had a great time. We played with poker chips (not inc) but that just continued the game until someone won the entire pot. It involves fun competition. You roll the dice four times to determine what numbers are out and then the cards the players are left with are then in play. At each roll one horse moves until it reaches the finish line and players with that number card-Win! If you roll a horse that is out-you pay the pot the amount of that horse with poker chips, candy, money…We have played it at home, at friend’s parties, and camping. It has become popular at our house!

This is a great game to play for children and adults, alike. The wooden board is sturdy and should hold up for years. The horses are also substantially made and should last for the duration of the game board. The only minus is that the directions are not very clear, so you have to use your own interpretation of what the rules are. We probably just made up a whole new set of rules, but it works for us when we play. Any age can play and move the horses, as it is just a matter of rolling dice and moving the horses in the peg holes until you have a winner.

Quality materials. Bought it and my nephews and kids love the game. I highly recommend. My whole family bought their own so we can play when we visit

This is a fan favorite around our house. We host a lot of game nights with our kids and their friends (high school aged) and this game is always one of their favorites.I was shocked at the low price point, however once I received it I realized it was because it was a much smaller board than the ones that are more than double the cost. I've played with both boards, and honestly can't say that it matters. This one is way easier to store when we're not using it.The horses are great quality.

We played this game at a friend’s house for the first time and we enjoyed it so much that we bought it for ourselves and we also bought it as a gift for one of our other friends. This game is very well constructed and very fun to play!
