Perfect for summer camp!
These Avery no-iron clothing labels are fantastic! They stick well, are easy to apply, and hold up through washing. I used them on all my kids’ clothes for summer camp, and they made labeling everything so simple. Highly recommend for any parent sending kids off to camp or school!

great for labeling moms clothes
My mom is in a nursing home and her clothes, etc. kept disappearing. After reading the reviews on these labels, I decided to give them a try and they work great on all types of clothing. Her socks disappeared the most and these labels worked really good on her socks. Was even able to put them on the inside of her slippers. I used a fine point permanent marker to label with and the ink did not smear. They did not come off after washing her items. They are the perfect size for first and last name. After many washes can still read her name. Would definately recommend, good quality for the price. Will purchase again as needed.

Get the Sharpie Ultra Fine Permanent Marker too for best labeling.
I almost rated these 4 stars only b/c they are a bit smaller top to bottom than I wanted. Now thses come in a larger size,.So they are perfect. They have held up through several washes so far...depending on the fabric. But they are priced well enough to replace as needed for some of the fuzzy fabrics. ●● Use the Sharpie Ultra Fine Permanent Marker RATHER THAN the Sharpie Rub a dub Marker, B/C the laundry on is harder to write on as neatly Also, I use these to label the empty spice bottles that I bought here on Amazon. lunch boxes, my phone on the back, as well as all kinds of other things. Great for nursing homes too. After trying 2 other brands of laundry lables, I find these to work the best. Be sure to add the room number. They can be removed if the room number changes, or no longer needed. The water proof design allows me to rewrite over them if the writing fades after multiple washings. Now I am back for more in the slightly larger size.

Easy peasy to protect your clothes from being given to someone else
Easy to use and apply to my Mom’s clothing and linens in Assisted Living. Lost one star because even when high heat isn’t used they can move and the writing on the label doesn’t last a full year.

Stick to Clothing Well!
Parent recently moved to a Nursing Home. These labels are working very well to label his clothing, shoes and other belongings. So far they stick well even after washing the clothes. Definitely recommend.

Avery Labels Are Awesome! - Gives Comfortable Peace of Mind at A Great Value.
I am going to begin my review by saying that Avery labels are one of my top recommendation to all my friends facing the journey of having a family member in a long term care hospital or rehabilitation and assisted living facilities. So if I could give this product 10 🌟's on Amazon I would. At first I placed an order for 1 to label grandma's belongings at the stroke rehabilitation and care center. Having not had a satisfactory long term experience with Ez Camp brand. As they have to be replaced monthly and only adhere to clothes with tags from the manufacture that are paper. My and grandma experience with Avery Labels was absolutely amazing. As they are smooth flexible and very thin. They appear to be like plastic in how durable they are but, they are about the thickness of a of a address label. Only 100% more sticky. I have returned several times to reorder as I find new items to label. Later I purchased a couple of packs to keep in my backpack to pass out a sheet with Amazon product page On a index card to grandma's new neighbors . Below are a list of uses and experience with them: On clothing they have lasted about 6 months on items such as socks where they are in tennis shoes slippers etc... They tend to wrinkle or pucker in our experience. They lift off with the assistance of some vinegar. I wash and dry before re-labeling the item. It is a little bit of a effort but, the trade off is knowing grandma belongings can't easily have her name and room number removed. On grandma's tops, pants, night gowns, bras, pajamas and winter wear coats etc.. The labels have lasted years with no wrinkling or fading of the name or # Non-Clothing uses Visually impaired and Hearing Impaired Cordless phone and base. Holiday Decorations Photos and frames Plush Animals Blankets Tennis shoes and slippers Audio Bible Crayons and Color Pencil box Cosmetics case Hangers Laundry Bags and hamper Shower shoes Shower caddie Toiletries A issue arose that Avery labels helped us solve due to being a brittle hypoglycemic grandma had glucose gel packs in her room along with Ensure Enliven shakes and Ensure Pudding . She also had water in small bottles in her cupboard and mini- Fridge. A certain aide was found to be giving grandma's items I and her insurance covered to the 7 rooms near grandma. So for $7.00 I was able to nip this practice in the bud quickly. After the vid lockdown entered our lives gifts, notes, and cards all labeled with Avery labels each week with her ensure, water, transcend packs and shower supplies made their way to grandma. Her favorite nurse or aide would assist grandma with calling me after each drop off Grandma wheelchair, Roho cushion, Bipap and Oxygen masks were also labeled as grandma who was losing all her vision learned the feel of her labels quickly and would easily accept items if they were labeled with her labels which she referred to as [my given name] approved. She received peace of mind in a dimming world by the presence of these labels which I learned she had read to her and had the writing described to her. At 95 she was not understanding the lockdown and the center she was at wasn't explaining the situation to their cancer unit. When we had to move from stroke center to cancer focus center it was easy for me to re-label grandma's clothes. Her other items her son was able to overlap the old label with the new in perfect alignment so that you were unable to see it and grandma didn't feel a difference. We all think very highly of Avery and will check out other items by this manufacture based on this item I would drop off thank gifts of eatdibles and drinks for the essential workers and label them with Gift from grandma's name and staff of her units name. A staff member of that unit always called my cell before we got out of the parking lot with a thank you and a update on grandma thanks to these labels this trying time was made a little easier. Highest possible recommendation given since I began reviewing here in 2014.

Why haven’t you bought them yet
These labels are the bees knees. Multi purpose. I cannot say enough good about them. My friend passed down some of her daughter's clothes with these on them. Im so thankful or i would not of known about them. They stick like a dream, easy to write on. Great quality all around… they are wash ans dryer safe .. so as a mom i got to thinking, my daughters bottle labels suck after they go through the bottle steamer. So i used these on her bottles and weeks later they still look great and sticking well.

Worked on T-Shirts, Not on Jeans. Read the Fine Print.....No Hot Water, No Hot Dry, No Denim
I was looking for a more permanent alternative to mark work clothes vs using a Sharpie, which is hard to see on some colors. So I came across the Avery "Washer and Dry Safe" Fabric Labels, and they sounded too good to be true, so I tested them. And as it turns out, the adage was proven true again, "If it sounds too good to be true..........." I placed the labels on denim jeans, cotton shorts, and two cotton T-shirts, marked them with a Sharpie, and waited 24 hours before washing them. Not mentioned in the description but in the fine print are the following cautions: - Do not use in Hot Water - Do Not High Temp Dry - Do not use on Denim - Wait 24 hours before washing. So yeah, there is no way I'm not using hot water and hot dry, so after the 24-hour label cure time, I washed the test items as I would normally in hot water and then hot dried them in a tumbling dryer. The test results: The labels completely came off the denim jeans and the shorts. The labels disappeared either in the wash drain or the dryer vent. Conversely, the labels did remain attached to the fine-weaved cotton T-shirts after one wash and dry. I suspect they will last a few more washes as the corners were starting to release from the shirts after the first wash. See the attached picture of the label on a T-shirt after one wash. The permanent ink "X" was as original.
