So far, so good
So far so good with this laptop. It's nicely built with good performance for what I use it for (browsing, work and light gaming).Bettery life is pretty good. Love the giant track pad. Screen is nice and touch works great.Very happy so far

Buggy, underperforms, endless issues
Endless problems, genuinely woeful sound quality, poor bluetooth conectivity, just feels cheap all round bar the presentation. Gave it 6 months, wish i'd given it 3 weeks and returned it.You can spend half this for something less bloated that will perform the same.

Laptop Screen Turned Up Colourful Lines 7 Months After Purchase
I am not sure if this is a good laptop, as quite a few vertical colourful lines came up 7 months after purchase. This laptop was purchased via AmazonI contacted Amazon customer service, I was advised to return the laptop for repairs, 6 weeks later, no repaired the item returned, no refund. I am not sure what I should do next as I have contacted Amazon customer service for 3 times already.

Build/performance OK, bugs and issues, appalling
Although the build and performance is good on these units, the amount of bugs and issues is ridiculous. Units should not be sold with known faults, and should not be released from the factory without QA or with QA fails.Example: cursor jumps on its own to a totally different area of the screen, making the laptop not fit for any serious/business purpose. So many laptops, especially Dells, have this problem. Why can't they fix it?I've owned quite a few Dells now and it's always the same; they seem good initially but then you encounter a ton of problems,
