Excellent quality and very practical
The product arrived in perfect condition and was easy to install. It works exactly as described, the LED light is bright and gives a modern touch to the bathroom. The materials feel durable and the battery lasts quite a while. Definitely a purchase worth it, highly recommended.

Didn’t last a year. Deodorizer won’t work
Cheap construction. It’s been a year that we used and now the deodorizer is not working and the user manual is useless . Not worth the buy.

This product is amazing
Bought this toilet a while back and then ordered a second. Unfortunately I had to send the second one back due to location of the drain, returning the item was a little time consuming but not too much of a hassle. One hassle was the hose connection, their connection hose requires 7/8” attachment vs a standard valve connection but nevertheless it’s well worth the hassle.

doesn't flush correct
The look of the toilet is wonderful. I love the heated seat! It won't flush to save its life. I have to flush pee 3-5 times a if toilet paper is used. If there is poop involved thats at least a 10x flush.

The best customer service!
I bought the K7 a year ago and absolutely love it! I ordered another and it came damaged so they are sending me a new one. I’m very happy with the customer service the company offers! I’ll buy a 3rd one for the last bathroom as well! Thanks again!

Please help
This item was shipped without instructions manual, and I requested several times for instructions to troubleshoot why the water jets wasn't working still I got no answers and zero response from the company. I reached out to Amazon customer service 2-3 times to help resolve this issue of nonworking bidet. I had a license plumber install.Truly disappointed not being able to use water jets. Someone please help.

Seat cover was damaged and i contacted them and they delivered the new seat in just 4 days. Very satisfied and toilet works great a must have.
