This had been a great a.c... I've had it over a year, it's still going strong. Hate to admit it but I was moving it to a different windows this spring. And it fell out twice, falling about 4 ft. Still works great. Didn't even dent the cover. I plan to buy more

I bought this window air conditioner a few weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. Installation was quite simple, even for someone who doesn't have much experience with this type of thing. It was up and running in less than half an hour. As for performance, it cools the room very quickly and maintains a constant temperature, ideal for these hot days. I was surprised by how quiet it is—much quieter than I expected—allowing me to sleep peacefully without any annoying noises.

Great Window Unit for the price. It cools amazingly and the installation kit it comes with has everything you need. The remote works like any other remote. The noise level is pretty good, I've got tinnitus so the sound of units really doesn't bother me in general. Despite that its not very loud. I haven't noticed a big difference in my electric bill while using it, so I'd assume it's not to demanding as far as power goes. I havent used the WiFi feature on it but it seemed easy enough to set up. Good product overall!

This hunk of junk is not worth it,it can be on the highest setting and it does nothing,it blows out hot air,I never write reviews but I cant stand this thing at all,might as well use a paper fan,t least you'll get cooler air from that

I bought this item n was a little apprehensive. It arrived as scheduled. It was packaged well. All the parts were present. It works great. Im very happy with the quality of this AC. I love Amazon. Im disabled. So, if a store doesn't have a scooter, it's a wrap for me. I hate that I Love 2 Shop. I bet I get Amazon packages 18 out of 30 days of every month!! Don't b scared 2 get a high priced item. I trust it. I've bought many with this platform!

What a great buy will buy another one for my grandson room.I bought a 8000btu an my room is 1200 square feet.That air conditioner will freeze you .Have it on 72 degrees low fan an I had to get blankets to stay warm .Does make a little noise but it sounds like rain.But that doesn’t bother me at all because makes me sleep more.Darn what a great air conditioner.So nice and compact .All so comes with a nice simple controller,

I only needed a small unit for a bedroom. Love the remote and wifi app. Just installed it today. It's a little noisy (there's a high pitch rattle from the unit itself, not from the window) and the side pa els are pretty flimsy. Seems to cool well though. I may update to more stars when I've used it longer.
