What is there not to like? The phone is fabulous and great condition, no scratches or nothing and and a beautiful colour (I got purple) I was reading the bad reviews so I was skeptical but got it it anyways and the phone Is great! Thank you very much x

Great price and as described
I ordered the Purple iPhone 12 and received a call from the seller the day after explaining that the purple had sold out, they offered a refund or a black one. I took the offer of the black one and they said they would post it that day. The phone arrived the following day in excellent condition, it practically looks brand new, along with a charging cable and plug(more than you get from apple) and a glass screen protector. The phone has 89% battery health which for the age of the phone is really good. Would highly recommend ordering form this supplier

No complaints
Arrived very quickly, good condition and I could not see any marks or scratches. Battery charges to 98%. Everything works fine. Only received the phone and I know some people receive a charger and other extras but I wasn't expecting any extras. If there had been it would have been an added bonus.

Defective item
Hello, I bought this iPhone and used it for less than two months before it suddenly stopped working.After I made a request for a return, which was granted by the seller, I proceeded to send the phone to them. However, they did not accept the return, and they then sent the item back to me.They stated that it was damage that occurred by accident, but the reality is not like that.In the return request that I sent to them, I explained that I had been running while the phone was in my pocket, and that I had only discovered that it was not functioning properly after I had attempted to call my friend.There was no response from the seller to the two emails that I sent to them in an attempt to explain these particulars.Following that, I had a conversation with an Amazon assistant three days ago, and they informed me that the seller would respond within two business days. However, the seller proceeded to state once more that the damage was accidental.So, what should I do at this point?Over the course of many years, I have been using iPhones, and I have never experienced that.There was a screen protector on the iPhone, and it was contained within a rubber case. Additionally, it was in my pocket.In spite of the fact that I had already returned the item, the seller did not accept it and instead sent it back to me.After I had already returned it and paid for the shipping at my own expense, the seller acknowledged that they had received it; however, they did not agree to issue a refund and instead sent the item back to me in its damaged condition.After contacting an Amazon assistant, they failed to support me. I really experienced poor service from Amazon assistants, who abruptly exited chats and could not help. I lost my money due to the seller refusing to accept a refund. This experience is a terrible experience for me.
