I think it works well. I would like it better if it came with a bag to hold all the pieces that are not being used while using the tripod.

Reviews for other tripods are filled with complaints about legs that don't hold up or clips that don't hold the phone steady. I shopped around and found this Xenvo SquidGrip flexible tripod. What a difference! The tripod is made of quality, durable plastic and rubber. The legs are longer than I expected which gives me more options for setting the height or wrapping them around an object. The legs hold whatever shape you put them in and are very maneuverable. The clip holds my large Galaxy Note 8 in place without wobbling and the mount allows me to move the phone in just about any direction. Attachments are included which give even more options for positioning the phone or attaching a camera or other device. If I had one complaint - and it's minor - it is that the clip does not quite expand wide enough to hold my larger tablet. I remedied this by purchasing a separate larger clip designed for tablets which was just a few dollars, but I think these folks could make a better quality clip. Update: It seems I forgot hit send after I typed this review! It's now been over a year. One of the legs on my first tripod broke after I jammed it into an overpacked suitcase after about a year of daily use. I immediately bought another. I use it daily. I attach my Note 8 to the tripod and watch movies and clips on it while lounging in bed, or if I am traveling and don't have t.v. available. I've also attached it to a digital camera. You can wrap the legs around just about anything and it will hold in place. As a result, you can put the camera in just about any position and take photos from some unique positions. It's light wieght and portable, I take it every time I travel. After another year of use, my 2nd tripod still works great. I just love this tripod and certainly recommend it to everyone!

I am very impressed with this tripod and I'm so happy I decided on this particular one! I can't believe I got such great quality for such a low price! And it's cool looking to boot! It's heavy duty and the attachments are rock solid, the Ball attachment is actually made of REAL metal, which is very rare nowadays with so many products made of plastic and we all know that plastic does not hold up well over time and use! I found many Tri-pods to choose from which can get very overwhelming but as I read the reviews to this one saying "Look no further", "This is the Tripod you want", "You will not be disappointed", "Sturdy" "Excellent quality" and so on and so on and with that, I decided to purchase this one and it was the best decision I could have made! Not only do I get an excellent quality, VERY versatile and sturdy Tri-pod , it also came with a lifetime warranty that I registered for in an instant using the convenient QR code they provide. How can you go wrong with A LIFETIME warranty?!! While you're there, be sure to watch the video they have readily available. The video provides some very helpful tips that allow you to use your new Tri-pod to it's fullest capacity and to ensure your phone stays safe and secure while using it, useful tips that otherwise may not have occurred to you. I think it's safe to say, I am very happy with my purchase!

Easy to configure, let’s start exactly where you put them. The mounts were easy to use. I didn’t even know about the “cold shoe mount” that was available. 1 unexpected feature (good or bad) is each leg has an unrestricted hinge on the base where the legs connect. This means the legs could widen or move when you don’t want them to. Overall, I’m happy & I will keep it, but I just wish I would have know about the hinges before.

I love this well constructed product and price. I do not see this thing ever breaking. When it arrived, I opened the box (great packaging BTW), inspected the product, and left in on the ledge to do a more thorough walk-through later. Couple days later I couldn't find it. Turns out my son had taken it to the toy room to make a wrist laser/throwing star/race car destroyer...and whatever else came to mind. I wasn't thrilled but did get a laugh out of it since it wasn't broken. Well built for sure. My phone is the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with a bulky Otterbox case. It clamps it in very securely. With that in mind, in their promotion video they had a dude using this on his street motorcycle (wrapped around the handle bars) as he was riding. I am confident the stand would stay secure on the street and most likely off- road as well. However, I do not feel the phone clamp mechanism is secure enough if you were off-roading on a dirt bike or snow mobile. This is pretty much my gut feeling and I have not tested it. Use common sense...this is a great phone stand that you could use for most purposes and ones you haven't even thought of yet, but I feel anything delving into the extreme sport sector would be a mistake.

my last bendable tripod broke after less than a year of use, and it's not like I was even using it everyday. After handling both of these, I realize that my last tripod was such a flimsy, cheap feeling piece of junk that barely fit my 2019 iphone after I put a case on it. In fact, it kept popping out all the time. This Xenvo tripod is very sturdy, weighty and well made! It's also a lot more versatile than other tripods. It will fit any size of phone! One thing I didn't like is that It did not come with paper instructions, instead it comes with a USB key for your computer and I don't really fuss with all that. Luckily it was so easy to figure out how to assemble that I did it within seconds and never needed to watch the instructions.

El producto luce de muy buenos materiales. Me gusta que para el soporte del celular maneja una tipo manivela que le da buena sujeción al celular y por ende no caiga ( no es un simple resorte que hace la función de apretar el celular, es una perilla de tornillo que aprieta el cel y esta genial) ademas si puedes omitir la bola 360 y poner directamente el soporte del cel al soporte si es que no te gusta ese accesorio. los plásticos son buenos y todo bien por el momento. El que sea flexible lo hace más funcional para los viajes.

I love this tripod! It is the perfect thing to hold, to attach to my electric bike handle, to the headrest in my car....you name it, it can fit! I use the Olympus Tough camera and take all my videos on it for YouTube. I couldn't have chosen a better tripod, plus it is very comfortable in the hand to hold because of the grip of the soft rubber legs. You can twist the legs to make an extension to your arm when filming, too. I love it!

I video call with my long distance partner and her friends frequently, when they're out and about it's usually by phone for ease of moving me about on their end, but it's a hassle to hold my phone in my hand for hours at a time, so a small tripod that can be sat on almost any surface due to its flexibility really does wonders for being able to frame myself and chat with my hands free so they don't tire out. It would also be quite useful for taking video of yourself in the same way a selfie stick might, though it doesn't have the benefit of the button at the end like one of those does for taking photos. Still, it's easy to use and adjust and very helpful for calls and video.
