Stylish and good quality.

I purchased 2 of these through Amazon warehouse that appeared to be a customer return, I suspect this was because the person buying them could not work out how to fit them. Firstly the positive, although plastic it is very sturdy and the actual wall fitting is metal, it also looks great, a very contemporary shape that in my opinion looks much better than the alternatives, being a single curved design. The negatives, it secures to the wall by means of a metal bracket which can be glued (supplied) or screwed, this bracket is then slotted into the back of the plastic unit and secured by means of sliding it sideways by approx 5mm. When I put the bracket and unit together at first to work out how it fitted I could not get it to slide across, I mean really could not get it to slide across. It is obvious how it is supposed to work but it appears that the plastic moulding out of the factory is too tight and the bracket will just not move to secure it in place. I ended up applying considerable force and it then slid into place, so I slid it back, again with considerable force to disconnect it. In all I probably did this 20 to 30 times with each unit before the bracket would slide back and forth with a firm push but without using force. This appears to be a manufacturing fault but can be overcome. When you are happy with the unit and it is fitted there is a tiny screw to prevent the unit sliding sideways and detaching. Also the instructions were typical modern generic pictograms and were pretty useless. Overall I am very happy with the units and glad I perservered but very nearly did return them as faulty.
