Overpriced for poor quality
Difficult installation - did not fit 3 in; valve does not always seal after flush; handle is plastic.

Good value.
Good value and great product. Works just as supposed to. Easy to install. Much more efficient that the old balltype valve. Going to get another for 2nd bath.

Poor manufacturing
Installation is fairly straightforward but I spent hours trying to trace down a very slow leak from the valve. I finally discovered that the mating surface on the bottom of the valve was not flat under the gasket. There was still a very small ridge left from the injection molding seam that would allow water to seep under the rubber seal and down the threads, leaking from behind the toilet. I was able to cut it off until it was flat and it solved the leak. The overflow tube is the next thing that doesn’t seem like it was designed properly. It’s adjustable but no matter how high it’s adjusted, water will slowly leak dow to the top of the fixed tube. If you can set the fill valve to that level and still flush with it, then it’s usable. Otherwise it will slowly leak down and refill (wasting water).Aside from the manufacturing and design issues, the half flush leaves something to be desired. It’s adjustable but also very dependent on how long the handle is held down. Too short and it doesn’t flush at all and holding it just leaves it open. The adjustment doesn’t really seem to be that useful, but it does save water from a full flush. The full flush operates as expected.Instructions are (relatively) pretty good although they are for a 2” and specifically say it won’t fit a 3” tank.

WILL. NOT. STOP. LEAKING.
Tank gasket that came with flush valve does not cover bottom of valve and leaks. Old tank gasket covers bottom of valve and still leaks. Bought new tank gasket for duel flush valves and it will not fit over bottom of valve.

Slow leak
Love the idea of the dual flush but spending this much and still having a slow leak doesn't provide the expected value. Never could stop the leak so I had to replace it.

Disappointed
It may or may not be the description’s fault, but I was expecting a flush that would scare animals and small humans when I turn the handle. All this is, is another gravity flush system. No powerful “WOOSH!” when flushed. I bought three, two are going back unopened for the next mislead sole.

Not as described
Implies that you do not have to remove the tank, but it's required in order to properly install
