Works great for my needs
We have a side by side my wife drives and I ride my 4 wheeler and she use it with out head set so we can talk and she don't need to wear her helmet to talk work great and functional all around.

Fits my pre-existing EJAS com system perfectly. Stays in.
No need to tape, it stays in. Probably not for guest users because it goes into the ear itself. I have just one of these. I use it in my com, I give the old over the ear ones to guest users.

left and right
They do not specify which ear, left or right with these style headsets you're not able to switch from left to right. I purchased 4 and they were all from the left ear. Might have to go direct to EJEAS.
