These mints do a good job of moistening my mouth when I don't want to drink anything. I drive a bus and have to watch my liquid intake as I can't make restroom stops. I have extremely dry eyes and mouth and these mints help alleviate the dryness. The flavors are strong and refreshing. Their price is more reasonable than most of the xylitol products I've used in the past. I would recommend these to anyone whether they suffer from dry mouth or not.

These are decent xylitol mints that do help keep your mouth moist. The flavors are pretty good compared to the competition but they dissipate too quickly. Whatever carrier they use to deliver the flavoring isn't complexed right or it's not just not a good match with it. The cinnamon favor is by far the best with mint trailing behind. The fruit flavor reminds me of a cheap pleather like version of juicy fruit, they'll get used but sparingly.

I had no idea how essential it is for gum and teeth health to have xylitol. These "candies" were recommended by my dentist. He said these mints will help perform the task of balancing out any/all bacteria in the mouth that contributes to gum disease. I have no way of measuring that, however, what I can say is that these mints taste wonderful and leave my mouth feeling fresh and clean. That's a great improvement.

They are all great tasting - but the cinnamon is spicy and fantastic! Recommended from an online dentist to help with saliva and prevent cavities - so I was glad they tasted good:)

These can be very help in preventing tarter buildup and cavities but it is important to limit consumption to 1 or 2 a day. I was eating about 10 a day and found myself burping and belcning a lot. Eventially I researched and also talked to my gastroenterologist who confirmed that is a side effect of too much Xylitol. Same applies for gum.

The mint and tropical flavor was perfect, but the peppermint (for me) was overwhelming. Am hopeful, along with current brushing and flossing, that it will assist with good oral health.

So, this is my first purchase "ever" of any brand of xylitol mints. And I decided to go with Epic's value pack because 4 cents a mint is a good value.The first flavor I decided to try was the "peppermint" mints and they did put a smile on my face. The taste is good and refreshing. I'm no mint afficionado but I am pleased with my purchase. I bought these mints instead of the xylitol gum because I got tired of trying to find a place to throw my gum away. So, I got the idea to try the mints as I know that they simply dissolve in the mouth and leave your breath and mouth feeling cleaner.So, I feel good about my purchase so far, even though, I've only tried the peppermint flavor. I am sure I will purchase again sometime in the future.I'll update my review again in a few months after I get a report from my dentist at my next cleaning.
