The perfect pillow. Firm and supportive and just the right height.I love this pillow.

I deliberated for some time in purchasing Tempur pillows as I was trying to justify spending so much money on pillows. But I have to say, these are nothing like other pillows that claim to be memory foam or have health benefits. These are the real deal and the price reflects that. Yes it's a hell of a lot of money, but the difference in how I feel, ie no more neck or back pain, 100% improvement in quality of sleep, that for me does justify the expense. I can't put a price on good quality sleep as it's so essential to my health. I realise in hindsight how useless and damaging my old pillows were. I'm so glad I took the chance and finally purchased these!! No regrets at all.

Supportive and seems to be good quality. The XL size was nevesssry. A standard pillow case is not a great fit.

I have had many memory foam neck support pillows and they typically last only a year or two before the neck pain comes back. This Tempur one was recommended by my physio who suffers badly herself and said that they typically last 10 years for her. My neck pain disappeared immediately I started using it so it bodes well.Sizing is an issue and the Tempur were no help (including their text chat service) until I found a sizing guide on their US website which pointed me to the largest size. Front and back are different heights so there is room for adjustment there. Expensive but worth it to avoid neck pain.

This pillow is excellent, my husband was suffering with neck pain and feeling uncomfortable on a regular pillow, so I brought this tempur neck support pillow and within a few day's he was pain free happy day's

I’ve been suffering with neck and shoulder pain for a couple of months. I bought a cheaper smaller version of this which helped but I thought I’d try this and see if it was any better. The improvement was vast. I feel spoilt now. The best sleep I’ve had in years. Amazed to say it is worth the price. Wasn’t expecting to love it so much!

I have had this pillow for four days and have been sleeping on it for four nights, so I haven’t had it for long.What I noticed about this pillow is its heaviness. It is unusually heavy, so moving it around with one hand can be tricky. Some of you may agree with me or disagree with me on this part, lol.The pillow comes encased in its own pillowcase, but I also put it into one of my own pillowcases.I did not smell any unusual smells coming from the pillow on the first day that I unboxed it.By the way, the pillow comes in its own box, but Amazon also feels the need to package it with their own humongous box.If you’re not worried about neighbours seeing what you purchased, I’d choose the option at checkout to have the pillow delivered in its own box, if the option is available to you.Much more easier to dispose of said box later on.In terms of comfort, it is amazing. I recently visited my mother and slept on her couch and so I ended up with a stiff neck and plenty of discomfort when turning my head for weeks afterwards.That is what initially gave me the push to purchase this pillow.I am both a side sleeper and back sleeper and whichever way I turn, I hardly feel any discomfort with my neck.I have found that I can fall asleep quite easily with this pillow.

Thus is my second Tempur pillow, I tried some less expensive ones but they don't provide anything like the same support. I would prefer if this was medium rather than firm and infinitely prefer if it wasn't so hot but it's the only one I've found that really works for pain and stiffness relief on my neck. It would work better if a little less hard and I'll probably have to stop using during the hotter months. so by no means perfect.
