Product came without the belt and cannot be used because it is missing the belt. It was a Christmas gift for a little boy. Very upset with this purchase

not at all happy the way it came delivered in just clear plastic wrap!? It looked like it was returned and then wrapped and reshipped. It is for a birthday and there isn't time to return.
