An excellent product if you are a bit tech savvy
I purchased this SIM card in order to have phone/internet as soon as I landed in Israel & to know my phone number ahead of time to give to friends & for contact info. It was very easy to communicate with them via e-mail & to tell them when to activate the card. They required the date, time, & Amazon order number (the later was not obvious to me until they requested it). The packet came quickly. We noticed the brochure said 3G, but they confirmed that it has 4G capability wherever offered in IL, which was the case. When I landed, I put in the SIM. Numerous activation messages appeared. I immediately had phone capability. I did not have the internet connection, which was a problem that caused me some stress! After I e-mailed regarding this issue, they quickly responded & gave me the proper protocol for adjusting my phone. Apparently, my older phone did not automatically adjust to the Cellcom protocol but a newer one would (as my husband's did). After that everything was fine. I was very happy with the service. It was better & faster than my AT&T service at home. And I appreciate how responsive Jonathan Webber was in the Customer Service Department. I didn't give them 5 stars because I think that their documentation could have been better, which I hope they will do after my feedback. If you are a little tech-savvy I think you will be very happy with this product. I was able to access everything I needed including Waze for many days of fun travel all over the country.

Difficult to use. 2 sets of directions
The first 3 days I was not able to use at all. A man from the company that supplies the minutes for the card use said the problem was that I did not email them to start the card. (No data or phone). I then used the 75 minute credit for phone using the direct dial so it cut off again. Then I had to use a full phone number and the number I wanted to call. I had to call back because I could not text. I just gave up and did not use it.

Smooth. Worked great.
Worked great, with no effort. Emailed the guy before my trip, telling them when to activate the SIM, then popped it into my phone while on the plane. Landed, and instant service everywhere in Israel - data was fast, call quality clear, and I didn’t have to jack with my cell carrier to get some plan with international roaming...

NOT AS ADVERTISED
U.S. MINUTES EVAPORATED after two days and seemingly represented another carrier than Israeli Cellcom. The info sheets ask for '018' prefix dialing but Cellcom identifies this is not theirs. So the Israeli calls work but NOT international.
