I got this for perimenopausal brain fog. It’s really nice, I like the taste, use it regularly and it’s definitely working well for me. It really helps.

I didn't care for the taste. It was ok as long as it was hot, but terrible cold! That is just my opinion. I do not use any type of sweetener or cream in my drinks. That might help with the flavor. I really cannot comment on any of the claims to helping with focus or energy levels.
