I got the amount of pads in the description, however despite the label, I don't think they are good for heavy flow or nighttime. They are long, which is great, but unfortunately they are also rather thin. I tried one on a day I was slightly less heavy and bled through in less than an hour so I'd have to keep using puppy training pads.
