Great tool with quick delivery. Amazing customer service who quickly upgraded to two years of software updates as per the item description. Bought when on offer so great price. So far very happy. I also bought my IM508 from these people.

Amazing Machine
An amazing diagnostic machine and the customers services are second to none

Arrived a bit later than expected, that may be more on Amazon than the seller. So far all is good. Working correctly, fast and bigger than the last one we have in the shop. When I first set it up, it only showed one year of subscription, but just wait about a week and it will update on your account. Customer service has been very good so far!

Very happy with my Elite II Pro. I has a lot more features than my old Autel scanner. Screen is a little smaller and glare is a little bothersome if you're outside, but all in all it works very well for my needs.
