great for my neck issues

I would think twice before buying Comfortrac Cervical Traction Devices. The one I ordered was defective right out of the box, leaking air as fast as you could pump it! Multiple other reviewers have had air leaks as well. These products come with a 3-year warranty, well try to find a website for the company that currently exists or call the phone number on the user's manual, and you get a message that says " this number is not currently set up to accept calls.

Herniated disks. C6-c7.The amount of pain I was in, was truly worst experience of my life.2 hours of sleep for 6 weeks.This device made my life somewhat bearable again.I have not had surgery even after recommended by surgeon.Great device. Worth the money.

This device would not hold air like it is supposed to do. it immediately leaked out as if you were pressing the release button. It did not work right out of the box. I tried calling the company to see if I was doing something wrong and the phone number says that they’re “not able to take messages” and you can’t talk to anyone. So I will not buy a device from this company.

This is the traction device you need. Great Expensive at home traction.Well worth it.I tried numerous over the door products that only pulled my neck and nauseated me.

This product does not work at all. Amazon will not help me, and I can not get a hold of the company. Save your money, this is a complete waste of money

I ordered this because I have chronic neck pain after an auto accident years ago. I went to a chiropractor years ago and her and I both were terrified when there was a pop that wasn't supposed to pop. Since then, I can't get a chiropractor to touch me so the pain just goes on and on. I tried this and the stretching and alignment was fantastic. Be forewarned, if you don't use this right, it could be dangerous but if you follow the directions and listen to your body.

For the last several months I’ve been using this device at physical therapy. It’s been great at relieving my neck pain and I wanted to have one at home. Unfortunately, like other reviewers, when my unit came, it would not hold pressure. Judging by the sounds, it’s leaking inside the main device (not the hand pump). I’m returning it and will try another brand instead.
