Fresher Home
Life changer. I love how much cleaner and fresh my home feels and smells. Less dust and less dry. I love that you can look at what is potentially polluting the air.

If there is an issue Dyson do not want to repair it. Do not purchase

True clean air
It was the best investment we made in a while. My toddler finally sleeps fine, there is no cough at night, and the air feels fresh and clean. This is the first time I have recommended a Dyson product.

Oscillation issue
I will give this item a 5 star but it says the oscillation is disabled bc it may be obstructed. However, it is not - I would like to reach out to the customer service for assistance.

Excellent product, but warranty handling in UAE is problematic
The product itself performs very well and meets expectations in terms of design and functionality. However, my experience with after-sales support in the UAE has been disappointing. Despite the product being under warranty, resolving a technical issue took an unreasonably long time, with repeated delays and unclear communication. Buyers should be aware that while the product quality is strong, warranty handling and service timelines may vary significantly depending on the local service partner. This is something Dyson should address to maintain its global brand standards. I hope this feedback helps future buyers make an informed decision and encourages better alignment between product quality and after-sales support.
