Great set. I was not expecting for it to be as complete as it was, a nice surprise to see all the gadgets included, even a screwdriver with the additional serving tools!

I've used it for frying, simmering sauces, and steaming vegetables, and everything cooks evenly. The set works perfectly on my induction stove, which was a big plus. The pan themselves are great. The handles are trash; they constantly loosen it even comes with a screwdriver so they know that. And if the fire is on high and catches the handle even a little they burn and the smell is TERRIBLE. But the heat distribution and nonstick is great.

1 year later review: Best pans cookware I have ever had. A year later of daily use and still as non-stick as the day we got them. We don't put them in the dishwasher, but that isn't a big deal because it doesn't seem to matter what you cook on them, they take 30 seconds to wash, max. No long scrubbing and scraping and swearing, stuff comes off with no effort. You can pretty much shake them dry because the water slides off too. 100% recommend to my friends, best money I've spent in a long time.

A very nice, high quality, easy to assemble set that met all my expectations and will see daily use. I bought a second set for one of my children as they loved using the ones I have.

Supurb non stick, not quite as durable as they say. Chipped one chopping chicken with a spoon.
