Was using iRobot since 2016 and it is still running but no genuine spares can be found today. After reading lots of reviews I realised that the quality of iRobot is not as good as it used to be originally. Also, many negative reviews about modern 2-in-1 vacuum and mop robots of various brands. This Karcher machine actually surprised us with its precision and flawless operation. The quality of cleaning and mopping is also better than we were expecting. So, in conclusion, it is a good product and I would recommend it. The price is also surprisingly lower than that of other similar brands.

I was convinced to buy a robot cleaner by my sister. However I avoided going for the much more expensive I robot and bought this model. I was not disappointed, it moves from rugs to hard floors seamlessly. It leaves the pile on the rugs looking fresh and new. It’s amazing how something so small can also wash the floor too. I cannot praise this enough. Ours has been called Ruby Robot and is like part of the family.

We have tiled and wooden flooring with the odd rug. We had to hoover most days otherwise we had tumble weeds of furr and just mess from life. It's amazing. It's very easy to use and set up. I just plugged it in used the QR code in the quick start guide, took less than 10 minutes. You can control anything on the App, how much suction, how wet or intensive of a mop, which rooms you do and any combination of. Mine lives in a very small space in front of my tumble dryer and seems perfectly happy. It's so nice being able to walk through the house from the garden, having the doors open then just running the machine and all the mess is gone. It's very expensive to purchase yes but cheaper than a snazzy cordless vaccum. I only really use my kartcher now and a hand held vaccum for things like the sofa, edges, curtains etc. You can't put a cleaning product in the water tank for the mop. Instead I spray (drizzle) the cleaning solution directly on the floor and keep just water in the tank. I run the Kartcher on mop only so it's not using any suction and it wipes the floor with the Anti Bac! :) I know some people have said it goes in circles, I've never noticed. I just set it to run and leave it alone. The only thing that could make this better for me personally is if it was 2cm shorter so it could fit under my furniture. Hopefully this is something in the future. Bonus, my cats arnt terrified of it.

Although the setting up was rather cumbersome due to difficulties connecting to the WiFi, the robot does clean well for the nature of the machine. We use our regular vacuum cleaner every forthnight since we got it, as oppose to every 4 days. Overall, very good purchase, we see our house clean almost all the time.

Sadly, i have missed the date in which i could have returned it. The 'scheduled' cleaning function is at best indifferent and does not function properly. The software to set up 'virtual walls', does not work; the robot simply goes where it likes. Very disappointing from such a well regarded manufacturer.

I bought it for holiday apartment at seaside. It means loads and loads of sand. I switch it on in the morning, when on the beach, it does amazing job. Hard floors and carpets, no problem, all clean. Amazing helper, love it. The best purchase in recent time.
