Installed it about 2 months ago and still works fine. Couple days ago it for some reason stopped working for about 5 min after about 1h of working. Perhaps it overheated on highest brightness. But no problem since then. Also it’s quite bright on highest setting. Quality also feels good. App looks Chinese but if you want to use it, it works. IR remote works perfectly fine and is all I need

So let me start off by saying this is a fantastic kit from a company that stands behind it. I did have one little issue, that was resolved. The seller responded to me within minutes and they sent me a brand new kit, delivered to my door next day. Awesome customer service 👍 My Issue: After installing these lights, I noticed while driving and listening to my music that the lights would shut off and reset themselves every few seconds. Took me a solid day to figure out why. The main brain has a microphone internally. That's what allows for the musical lights mode. Keep in mind my background is in car audio and 12V electronics installation, so my car of course has a decent audio system. Much louder than the stock system that came with the car. Now the microphone does have a gain/sensitivity adjustment from the remote and app. However, even at its lowest setting, I was still having the same issue. In particular, it was picking up on the sub frequencies. Mids and highs wouldn't really trigger it to flip out, but as soon as the bass would pick up, the lights would shut down. The Fix: I decided to open the brain up and locate the microphone, which is soldered onto the circuit board. Small silver circle with several dots on top. Hard to miss. All I did was add a drop of hot glue to the surface of the microphone, allowing it to dampen it. Still functional, but much less sensitive now. I can't speak for the future, but as of right now, the lights have yet to flip out again, so it seems like it worked well. As for the kit as a whole, it's a great set for the price. The chasers look awesome, the colors are vibrant, and the install was pretty easy. Took a couple hours to do with the pry tool provided. (I did the install at midnight in my driveway, so I didn't have access to all my tools at the shop I work at.) I'm very happy with my purchase and will very likely be buying more of these kits to do my other cars. I highly recommend this kit, just make sure you know what you're doing when you install it. It's not hard, just takes a little patience.

Don’t buy, low quality, cable come apart really easily, app doesn’t work, light wouldn’t even turn on half the time

Straight to the point, this is an excellent better than OEM ambient lighting kit. Easy to install, solid connectors, and well made LED straps that are encased in black vinyl that give a very clean look on install. Forget using the acrylic/fiber optic ambient lighting kits, the LED RGB strips give the best results in terms of color, color consistency throught the whole strip, and better than OEM performance. The only caveat with this or other similar kits is the LED strips are more rigid than the acrylic/fiber optic kits. So, you will need to be patient when flexing the strip around some angles/curves in your interior. But be assured that your lighting will not look cheap/tacky when flexed/bending around certain curves/angles like what usually occurs with acrylic/fiber optic kits. The different modes (music/non-music) are numerous and amazing. The color palette available to you is really good and numerous as well. This pallet can virtually match any OEM color interior/ambient lighting. Both the magic latern app and the remote work flawlessly inside and outside the vehicle. Another good point is that you can see the lighting in the daylight easily. Don't hesitate to get this kit and transform the vibe in your car.

It took some commitment to install this, ultimately worth it and happy I did. My main issues though: -No video or instructions explained how I could plug the lights into the interior of my door. This was disappointing after removing a whole door cover to see it just wasn't possible. Maybe my 2005 Camry isn't new enough to have an additional plug in, but the instructions were just unclear. I had to get really creative with cord management from there, but it was possible. -The flood lights at the feet aren't bright enough. Really should be at least twice as bright, compared to ones I had before. -A LOT of cords to manage, really easy to get tangled. Take your time. Use rubber bands or zip ties after install and hope you have a good place to stash a wad of cords in the end. -The music sync function doesn't really work. It looks like it's matching a beat but it's really just flashing willy nilly. -Some setting are too dangerously strobe-like to even have in a moving vehicle. Like a real hazard. -I wish there was a way to save my favorite modes to the remote, because the remote is easier to use than the app, especially while driving and really only wanting the same 2-5 different settings every time. Great mode options, just hard to scroll through so many to find your favorites.

Love the lights worked perfect on my new lexus rz. Installed my self and look factory just like to one's that came on my mercedes gle.

Excelente desempeño de las luces buena calidad funcionan al 100% segu das luces que compro las primeras eran de fibra acrílica poca luz y funcio aron un tiempo ahora estas funcionan muy bien recomendable no se arrepentirán lo único malo es que quedaron cortas para mi carro debido a que este es amplio es un lincoln town car quisiera saber si las puedo pedir sobre medida
