Great product if it fits
Item is sturdy and well made I was excited to use it BUT it does not fit down any of my plug holes. Not the product issue but please check sizing before you buy.

worked for what I bought it for. happy with the quality.
I bought this not only for the purpose that it is intended for but I got it to grab a screw from a car engine that had fallen down and unable to reach it with anything else and due to it being a plastic screw a magnet didn't help me. very happy with the quality and worked for my intentions but I'm sure it's great for drains too.

Doesn't fit any of my plugs, unsure if mine are a different size. Looks like it would work fine if it would fit

Check your plug hole design.
I have various plug hole ‘designs’ and sadly this tool isn’t suitable for any of them.

Too big for sinks
Great in the bath but too wide to fit in the holes of all my other sinks so can’t be used for them

Have not used as too big to fit down 2 of my sinks I bought it especially for but will do the bath which surprisingly doesn't need doing!

Unsuitable for curved pipes
This product is totally unsuitable for curved pipes. I have a 90 degrees drain, the blockage was just passed the curve and the snake couldn’t go through. Do not buy unless your drain is straight.

Great but too wide.
Looks great. Sturdy and easy to operate. Sadly does not fit my plug holes. End is 10mm diameter.
