Not safe, do not buy
My oven caught fire. causing lots and lots of clouds of smoke throughout my house. Rolling out the windows and doors. I have 2 of these hung in kitchen and 2 others in bedrooms. Not 1 went off this entire time. The smoke was so thick I couldn't see the detectors. It's very scary to think if my actual house was on fire that these wouldn't of alarmed us. Won't be purchasing these again! Do not buy. Not safe!

One broke
I ordered the 2 and 6 pack, Delivery was fast. I was checking them out and starting to install them. One of them was broke where you can't even mount it to the alarm once it's hung up luckily I had extra. I wish the products could be checked before they are sent out. Overall seem to be good so far.

Very happy with these!
These smoke detectors are very petite and don't stand out like eye sores on our ceilings. Best of all, there were TWO of them, and for a very good price. Complete with 9 volt batteries, they were easy to install and I feel so much safer, now. I am just hoping we never have to use them, if you know what I mean, but I am so glad to have them looking out for us for the next 10 years. Great little product! Glad I bought them!

Perfect for the job.
These are much smaller than the ones I had previously. I like that they are. Love the blinking led red circle to let me know the unit is working. A little bit awarded getting the battery to release the lever that allows the unit to close. Once you understand that the battery must be in place in order for the unit to twist in position to be secure then all is good. Great price for the two pack. My only wish is the manufacturers would make these in colors or provide some sort of decor you can place on them.

Carbon monoxide and smoke detector
They were the exact replacement of the ones that happen to be up there, and they seem to be holding up pretty good. The only reason why I replace mine is because they had expired but for a hardwired smoke detector they’re pretty good quality.
