Great replacement sprocket.
So this is a great replacement front sprocket for my KLR 650. My stock sprocket is a 15 tooth and this is a 16 tooth what it did is lowered My Highway, RPMs. It’s a great value for the money and it fit perfectly.

OEM quality sprocket
I bought this sprocket for my 2022 KLR 650 to drop the highway RPM (1 tooth larger than stock). The build quality looks and felt like OEM but that's par for the course for JT. They make really high quality products. It fit perfectly and functioned as intended. I ended up reverting back to the sock sprocket as the bike just didn't have enough power to keep up on the freeway. But that's Kawasakis fault ;-). Great product! I go to JT for all of my motorcycle and dirt bike needs.

Fits second gen ('08 - '18) KLR650...
Despite this item having '511' in the part # which is a bit confusing, this one fits the KLR650 with the 520 size chain. If you order the wrong one with the '520' in the part # it doesn't fit the chain, it's designed for the 525 sized chain and you'll be disappointed. I figured this out using JT Sprockets website. Also, most forums suggest you should be able to run a 16T sprocket with the stock 106 pin chain. My '09 KLR650 would not move far enough forward in the swingarm to do that. It appears I will need to order a 108 pin chain if I want to give this sprocket a try.

Good upgrade for KLR 650
much quieter than sprockets without the rubber damper. Fits like it should. Going to a 16t on a KLR650, brings the rpms down like having the 6th gear these bikes should have had. Barely notice the difference starting out in 1st gear, so it was a great addition to the bike.

Works on all 3 Generations of klr650
I fits my gen 1 klr650 an gen 2 and gen3 klr650 The kush drive is a cool feature as well Just remember you have to also change the rear sprocket and the chain I also added the jt rear sprocket 43 in the back with a tusk x ring chain Except you have to buy a master link for that chain. Because they don't come with one. And they delete reviews.

Front sprocket
Can tell the difference in riding engine doesn’t seem to be as high in RPM,s any more. Fast shipping and good price it does fit a 2023 Kawasaki KLR650s works as it should installation is not to bad either. Very sturdy product would recommend for anyone hunting a good sprocket.

Fits a 23 KLR 650 Adventure ABS!
This is a MUST for road travel especially highways and freeways, the extra tooth makes a big difference in rpms and giving more speed for those long travels at lower rpms! I've also taken it off road and unless your doing some hard-core dune stunts or dirt wheelies, this works great and very little difference in low speed off-roading. Still getting used to keeping it in 4th gear at 45 mph or 1st gear at 25 mph as a higher gear will feel like stalling since it's not going fast enough. Carring my heavy self at 350 lbs seems so much easier now with the extra tooth and cruises at 75 mph easy. I can't say for longevity yet but I'd check it periodically or during oil changes just to be safe. I highly recommend this if your looking for the extra tooth and I'd say get 2 to keep one as a spare because of the price you can't beat!
