It’s great. Just add water and fasting as began.

This is the perfect on-the-go drink for me. Helps me make it though days when im not eating as much as i regularly do suck as durin powerlifting meets. I also replace it for my PRE workout on days I'm lucky enough to have 2 gym sessions, or if im working out late. Two thumbs up for the pineapple-mango flavor

After I saw that Ambrosia came out with Hydroglyph I wanted to try it out. I don't really fast but it can also be used during training so I tried it for the first time yesterday. I tried the Pineapple Mango flavor and it tasted great. I sipped on it during my workout and felt hydrated throughout with no cramping. Definitely adding with my other Ambrosia products that I use. Try it out you won't be disappointed.

I’m impressed—especially since I run and lift large volume as part of my routine. Ambrosia has great flavours. The pineaple mango offers a refreshing tropical taste that’s not TOO sweet, which is perfect since it has no added sugar, and it mixes well with water without any grittiness. As someone that does an 8/16 fast, I’ve noticed I stay hydrated and, surprisingly, not hungry during my fasting windows! (That was the main reason I wanted to try) Def recommend!
