good price for a good quality dough conditioner
If you make sourdough bread, a tablespooon or so of this in your loaf will improve its ability to rise.

A money saver for sure.
I purchased this to see if I could use it with all purpose flour to make pizza dough instead of using bread flour, and it worked just fine. With a very small amount added to my pizza dough recipe. I got the same results I would normally get using bread flour.

Good product for baking at a good price
I bought this for use in baking bread. This malt powder has the enzymes to augment chemical actions and yeast. Sometimes, malt is for flavor and enzymes aren't desirable. Just toast this and it will work fine for both purposes.

Improves flavor of bread but use spairingly.
Bread dough. A little goes a long way. The dough gets stickier but the bread is much better when it is used.

It's diastatic malt
It imparts a different taste to sourdough. Can't return this unfortunately. I personally like Anthony's for flavor, so will be buying that instead.
