This is no joke. Within about 1-2 hours of taking it, I feel so relaxed. No more anxiety, I can tackle the world. It’s almost the same feeling as being high but without the side effects (lack of coordination, spacing out, etc.) it’s just awesome. I can’t recommend this enough. I started taking these at a time I had been in extra high stress for months and wasn’t sleeping well. The first night I tried it I slept all night for the first time in so long!! I’ve gone off of them at times but keep coming back.

This is a good supplement if you have ever used this company's flagship product (Gabatrol) It too is a great product, one of the compounds in the formula is Phenyl-Gaba (Phenibut) which is an awesome product but it is easy to develop a tolerance to. Gabatrol Daily helps bridge the gap on those off-Phenibut days. It helps me to stay clear-headed with no negative side effects. Recommend.

I use regular Gabatrol for relaxation and a feeling of well being. Gabatrol Daily is nothing like regular Gabatrol. It is a different formulation of GABA and its effect on me was opposite the desired effect. Downward mood swings and pervasive negative thinking for a couple hours after my first dose. Just to check, I tried another dose a few hours later with similar results including sleeplessness. I would never buythis product again.
