Have to be honest....these pills are large BUT still very easy to swallow. I swallow two at once in the morning. After only a month I have noticed a difference in my hair, nails, and skin. My skin was drying up due to the winter weather and now I do not have to apply as much moisturizer to it. Along with this, I when I brush/wash my hair a lot of it falls out and I have noticed that not as much has been coming out lately and I actually have extra hair growth as well. Unfortunately, that hair growth is on my face and unwanted but hey! The pills are working.

This was a recommended brand from my daughter.Arrived as expected and appears to be a good quality product. It's still early for rating any outcomes from this supplement, however, there are no ill effects from taking them.

These are easier to take than drinking it in coffee. Really improves skin moisture and give a nice boost of energy. Can upset tummy a little if you aren't use to using coconut oil prior to taking this supplement.

I've been taking these for a couple weeks now and although I haven't noticed any change in my weight, I have definitely noticed changes to my digestive system. Package delivered on time as promised.

My nails are stronger but I also take 2 Tbs a day of actual coconut oil. Save your money on the capsules.

Oil is of excellent quality and caplets are easy to swallow. If you are Vegan do not use as they are made with beef products. Overall I am very happy with this product
