Purchased these for a severely autistic 11 year old child however I do have concerns about choking hazards for a child who mouths items. I also felt that it was harder than expected to push the pea up out of the pod. If it is harder than expected for an adult then I could see a child becoming frustrated with it and not using it.

Too tough and stiff to fiddle with.

Cute, but it was hard for me, an adult, to push the peas out... so it definitely didn’t work for my kids.

They are cute

A nice little item for car rides. My son would have loved it if all the peas had silly faces but only one pea has a silly face.
