Product is excellent, seller is terrible
Product arrived damaged. The bucket handle had snapped out of the plastic holding and was placed on top of the bucket before it was shipped. It arrived and the bucket had also burst meaning the cardboard box it was delivered in was full of salt. I contacted the seller who advised the salt would be fine to use. They have no idea what it could have been contaminated with and there’s no way any self respecting aquarist would use a defective product in a system that costs thousands of pounds. Lastly, I was offered a partial refund, I obviously rejected this. They are going to take the product back for some reason even though it’s completely unusable.I will never use this seller again.
