It is perfect for what it is meant for. They cut well for most nail types. The media could not be loaded. The file on it could be better but this is an emergency item for me that goes into my altoid EDC kit so works just fine. Does the job and is super small. I love that I can fit it anywhere. Taking it across the country as my travel nail cutters too

They'll do the job in a pinch, just not amazing. Something a little bigger would probably be better.

I had a favorite pair of clippers that looked similar in appearance. These are just as slender yet the metal is thinner and unable to cut through the thick corners of my big toenails. These are also very difficult to open as the outer metal piece buckles inwards when closed and it isn't centered. I have to use a pen to pry it open.

I only dislike how hard it is to open... which is also a fantastic safty feature. My keychain has permenantly grown.

I do like the overall design of these, they are slim and work well but they're so poorly made I'd recommend buying a more expensive set.One of these broke on the second use, while the other won't close all the way. With that one not closed, you can't really put it in your pocket as it'll poke and snag on everything.Find a similar looking set and be willing to pay a few dollars more for a quality product.
