Well made, works good.
Works like it's supposed to. Just place the gasket, tapered part over the tool, push it in position on the heads, and tighten the nuts until its seated flat. Tapered portion of the gasket should be facing out, when completed. Then remove the nuts and tool and you're ready for pipes.

I should have bought this year's ago. Popped the gasket in with no trouble, tighten the nuts evenly and good to go. '13 twincam
