Great product for multiple uses.
Even though I have not yet used these cutting boards, I can see and feel that they are a good quality product and I can see that they could be useful for many things. I purchased these and cut them to a specific size and shape to use while freezing cookies. When we bake for the holidays we bake several kinds of cookies (2 - 3 batches of each kind) and we start in November and freeze them until given as gifts come Christmas time. We currently use waxed paper to separate 2 layers of the cookies. These cutting boards will be much easier to use and can be wiped off or washed and then reused the next year. The seller has great customer service which is an extra added plus. Needless to say that at this point I am very pleased with the product and service.

Almost opaque. 3-Month Update.
I have been using flexible cutting sheets for perhaps 15 years. This is the first time I have ordered some that are described as disposable. We will see. 3-month update: After 3 months of daily use, I have finally cut through the first of these mats. At this pace the pack of 25 mats will last me for 3 x 25 = 6.25 years. Disposable? In the first 3 months I have also learned: These mats are more slippery than I am used to. They tend to slide around more than I would like while I am cutting . The description says these mats are 0.43" thick. YIKES! They are not nearly half an inch thick. Even the whole package of 25 mats is thinner than that. They are actually 0.013" thick. Yet another case of overseas manufactures confusing millimeters with inches. The predecessors were 0.02” thick. When using these thinner mats to transfer chopped veggies to the stew pot, gravity sometimes becomes a problem. The opaque white color of these mats is advantageous because they do not get lost on a cluttered counter top. And, the smooth surface makes them easy to clean and resist staining. The predecessors were almost clear and used a surface texture to make a frosted appearance. When flat on a countertop, they were hard to see - until they got stained. I poured boiling water over one to check heat resistance. Because of the very high coefficient of thermal expansion of plastics, it curled up as expected. But, there was no permanent deformation. It flattened back out when cool. As long as the hot pan you set on it contains water (212 degrees or less) the mat will not be damaged. It also survived my freezer (about 0 degrees F). The description says they are recyclable. However, the vendor has not specified the type of plastic and there is no recycle mark on the mats or packaging. Therefore, they will be rejected by most recyclers. Length: 17.75" Width: 12" Thickness: 0.013" Color: Translucent white. Material: Unspecified. Surface: Smooth. Temperature resistance: at least 0 to 212 degrees F. Cut resistance: Very good but not perfect. Recyclable: No!

Handy for various purposes
I bought these disposable cutting boards due to an arm injury that prohibits me from picking up heavy objects like a large wood cutting board. These are a nice size and thickness. The only downside is that they are made of plastic, the plastic gets cut, and plastic bits could potentially end up in your food. However, I can think of some alternate usage for the disposable boards. They would make nice-looking liners for small drawers, and they’re even big enough to be reusable placemats. If using them to cut food, they fold nicely so you can deposit the food into a bowl or pan, and they are actually washable and reusable, despite their being marketed as disposable. I will make good use of this purchase for various home projects.

Nice boards.
I have my favorite cutting board and I don't want to throw them out so I got these instead of the more expensive box store disposables. They work well and hold up to the knives with out getting cut up so far. I'm reusing my first board for about a week now. They are a great option for using on my glass board too to protect my knife edges.

Great cutting mats
These are amazing! By far the thickest disposable cutting mats I have ever found. They are so thick, you may be able to reuse them if you were so inclined. I have used disposable mats in the past that you can cut right through but these are so much thicker and heavier. Definitely recommend.

Really handy
I was not expecting these disposable, flexible, sturdy and lightweight cutting "boards" to become one of my most favored kitchen items, but they are. I have used them for months but hardly made a dent in my supply because they are so easy to pick up and clean and re-use. I can easily re-use them probably 15 times, depending on the food I am prepping. I do discard a mat after working with raw chicken, especially if it involves cutting/slicing but with most everything else I feel safe to just wash and re-use. In fact, I go a couple of weeks without using the "regular" cutting boards I have. They are a pain to wash and put away because of their weight. Tip: With these cutting mats I dab a little water on the underside first, then the mat doesn't slip around on the counter while I am working/cutting on it. I also keep a couple of smaller mats available for small jobs like slicing a lemon or sandwich, etc. I take a mat and cut it in half with scissors and have two small ones! I don't want to work in the kitchen without these cutting mats ever again.

Great quality!
Love these! They are the perfect size for most things, knives don’t cut through (and use very sharp knives) and they are easy to clean. I only throw them away when I use them for meat cutting or prep, otherwise they last a good while. They are not heat resistant, so they do morph if it comes in contact with hot surfaces or food.

I received the item and the plastic packaging had been opened and there were 5 missing. I did not return as I needed them for a craft project but if I needed them for a cutting board for food I would have been disappointed. The seller should check before they ship out. The product itself was good quality. Would be perfect for disposable cutting boards. Great for my project cutting a stencil.

Haven’t used the boards yet. The package came opened at both ends and it was not from the delivery.
