Supportive sock for sole and ankle
The sock is well designed and the material is supportive but anyone with sensitive skin could find it uncomfortable, so they could wear a thin cotton or bamboo sock on their foot under the support sock.It is good value for money but it would be good to have two in a pack.

Great for achilles pain
Pros: comfortable to wear, adjustable, supports the foot and ankle, easy to useCons: the only thing I can think that is a slight problem is that if the velcro catches the sock part it pulls the fabric a bitI would absolutely reccomend this for if you have achilles tendon pain, went from using a regular stretchy sports bandage to using this and the difference was amazing, I can walk without limping or pain.

Good for arch support but not heel
Firstly,it's very soft and comfortable and easy to use.Would probably be great if you are struggling with pain in arch of foot or ankle but my pain was in my heel.Helped a bit but the heel section in reality is just a thick sock equivalent.It's also very difficult to avoid the strong velcro bordering onto the sock material adjoining the strap so the sock gets damaged.( instructions do give a warning to avoid doing this)

Supports foot & ankle
I’m currently suffering with plantar fasciitis which is a foot pain, but where I’ve been over compensating trying not to walk fully on my painful foot, I’ve got a really sore tender ankle now so needed something that would do both jobs in supporting both & this sock does that. It has 2 straps so I use one to wrap under the arch of my foot & the other to support my ankle, or both straps on my ankle if needed. Brilliantly versatile & comfortable to wear. Wear this at work no issues & for the price, you cannot go wrong!
