I was nervous ordering online but now I’m very happy!
I got my snails earlier today and instead of getting 5 they gave me 6. I’m sure it was in case any didn’t survive but they all did, so Thank You! They came packaged VERY well with a heat pad to keep them from getting to cold. It had very easy to read instructions saying to put them in a bowl with the aquarium water for about 24 hrs for them to adjust so I put them in a bowl and scooped up a couple of my pest snails from the aquarium in case they were hungry lol. Well within 30 minutes they were all moving around and had already killed 3 pest snails! So I moved them sooner to my tank and most of them immediately took off to do their job. The others I’m sure will get going soon since they already were in the bowl. They are a bit small but that’s ok because I have plenty of food for them lol. They explain on the pamphlet that colors may vary slightly and that’s not a problem for me at all because I purchased them for a job, not decoration. But their still cute ❤️ I’m sure their colors will change over time anyway. I highly recommend this company, shipment was fast and they took a lot of care in packaging them for a safe trip.Pic is within minutes after I put them in the tank and already a couple took off to get to work.

They live up to their name!
I'm still highly surprised at how well these guys were packed. Thank you so much for the good packaging. When I first opened it I thought there were three dead snails. But like in the directions I assumed they were maybe to jostled to want to come out. After floating in my tank and starting the drip, they came alive and super active. Guess my water smelled like food thanks to my massive pond snail problem.Haven't seen them since dropping them in. They all quickly came to life hunted down a snail then burrowed. Keep finding more empty shells too. More motivation to get another 10 falling tank to drop all my plants into first, so I can keep a heft snail population to feed them with.Thank you so much for selling these guys, my local shop closed due to the virus and I was at a loss on what to do.

Giant Hassle for Deceased Snails
Make sure that you read the directions for live orders. If I would have known what a hassle and step process this is, we would have paid a couple dollars more and bought good, healthy snails at our local shop, without all of the hassle. We were happy to see that the seller had sent seven instead of the five that we had ordered. They looked fine and after letting them adjust to the water temp, we let them go. My daughter was concerned right away, because they wouldn’t move and soon the snails that we are trying to get rid of were devouring the assassins! I immediately contacted the seller and explained. I think the frustrating part about this is that I told the seller immediately that we did not have a picture of the snails before we put them in the tank... the water was clear and they looked fine. They clearly weren’t, since the pest snails immediately started eating them (I sent pics of this right as it happened). This matter took entirely too much time and correspondence, having to get specific pictures at an angle, so that the seller could see inside of the snail to make sure that they were deceased. After everything, we were told “looks like all seven snails are dead”, but that was it, because their policy says that they must have a picture before the snails go into the tank.We contacted them immediately, had good communication, pictures and rapport, but still we were not refunded even a portion of our payment.

Well wrapped. 2/5 doing ok. Will update
I received 5 mystery snails today. Shipping was fast. They were very well wrapped. They came in a small styrofoam cumneith a lid and two wet cotton balls. The cup was wrapped in a padded bag. The bag was in a box. I slowly added aquarium water to a bag and let them acclimate for about an hour. Two are doing well. The other three haven’t moved. They have been in the tank for about 6 hours. Worried they didn’t make it. They didn’t smell terrible, so we play the waiting game. The two that became active about an hour ago are feasting on mystery snail clutches as we speak. I will probably have to order more. I have about 200 mystery snails and they will not stop breeding. I have already given 50 away to local fish stores.

As described!
So I live in the Mid Michigan area and it's the dead of winter right now. All these little guys made the 4 day trip perfectly. The box was insulated and had heat warmers in it. The snails were hibernating when I got them but as soon as they got in my tank they were all active. Two snails were colored as pictured in the item photo black and yellow the other three are all brown. I don't really care about the color I got them to perform a job. The snails have taken care of the problem and now just eat blood worms once a week. I would totally recommend if you have a pond snail problem. The only bad thing is the snails did get ahold of one of my shrimp but that's it. I also paid for 2 day shipping and it took 4 but I understand there was weather problems.
