Works really well in relieving muscle tension and soreness in the back, shoulders and neck caused by a job with lots of heavy lifting. It would be well worth the price for that alone, but we intend to see if it has any effect on joint pain in the knees and ankles as well, just haven't tried it yet. We read that there would likely be physical bruising, good thing it warns you because you do end up looking like you went 8 rounds with a giant octopus and lost, but the bruises are not tender at all, and the effects last for several days. Just lifting an arm straight out from the side and up over his head was very painful for my husband before we tried this, after one treatment and a good nights sleep he had full range of motion in the arm with no pain at all, and the effects lasted for nearly a week. The cups themselves are nice quality glass, but the suction device is plastic and feels very flimsy. Still, we have not had any issues with performance, we will just have to wait and see how well it holds up under frequent use. I didn't really believe this sort of treatment would work as well as the hype you read on the web, it just seemed a reasonable enough price to pay to try. I am a firm believer now. I suppose it works sort of like accupressure, so I'm reading up on how to place the cups over pressure points more accurately for the max effect. Only thing I really wish is that the pressure point diagram that is included in the box would include an English translation.There were English directions of how to get the cups to seal and how much to pump, which was great, but I would have happily paid a couple of dollars more to have the anatomic diagram in English as well as Chinese too.

Just received this item. It looks new. I tried using it to glide on my forearm, it works well. I use this for massage cream: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00066CQ8C (mainly because this is what my physical therapist is using). You could probably find it cheaper in person, but I don't know. The only thing that I don't like is the box is not really suited to protect the cups. There's no "slot" for each cup. It's just there next to each other. If there were "slots" for them, I feel like it would be a lot "safer". But again, they're plastic, so I guess it should be fine? Anyway, so far so good. I'll update this review if anything bad happens.

Made my toes red then usually

I have recently moved to the USA where massage and acupuncture related services are very expensive. Exhausted by long and strenuous working hours, I do really wish to have a tension relieve massage. I used to have cupping done twice a month before by a therapist in my hometown, so I decided to buy one for myself. Once this good came to my house, I immediately used it with my husband.. put a little bit of lotion and medicated oil on your body, slightly massage your body ( I asked my hubby to do it for me), then cup your back with the suction cups accordingly for up to 3 minutes. Release the cups, slightly massage the cupping parts and you can feel that your body is better than before. I never regret buying this product!

Very nice set. Nice case, looks cool, and works great! I have 6 herniated discs, severe arthritis, and spinal stenosis. I can reach my lumbar area and place these pretty easy. I have this set, a spinal decrompression bench, an inverted bench, and my epsom salts & heating pad. Better alternative to surgery and missing work. Works well for me, hope it does for you.

Title says it all. I am going to see if I can buy the hose separately, because the unit works just fine.

My doctor recommended these for releasing facia. I'm still figuring out how to use them, but they did help loosen up my problem areas. One time trying to use them on my shoulders, I went too far and ended up with bruises - it's a trial and error thing when you can't see the spot. They are great, the case is nice for keeping them all together.

The product is as described and does the job. The number of cups is just right and I consider this more for home use. For professionals, I suggest looking in to Hansol's other cupping equipment items. They have products with more cups. This DOES NOT have an extension tube for the pump. So in order to get this on your body, especially the back, you need someone else to do the cupping for you. The product works and all the cups/pieces are suctioning well. I highly recommend this brand.

Good quality cups

This set did the job and can handle strong suction. It's easy to use. I highly recommend this set as it will do as it's supposed to do and for a good value. The suctions are made of plastic but should last several years no problem.
