Their customer service is great
I had a problem with the socks. In short, they wore out very quickly. I usually don't complain about things but I decided to contact their customer service from their website. They immediately responded to the email within a couple of hours, offered to replace the socks, explained they had sourcing issues and shipped me new socks within a couple of days.So, five stars for the customer service. They kept it real. That's rare in a world of big corporations. I will buy from them again in the future, just because I prefer to know that an issue can be dealt with quickly, instead of going through some absurd process to have a product fixed. That's worth something to me.

How socks fit
The socks seem to have same diameter for all sizes. If you have large 12. Greater then 2 e wide they will be to tightNo options to purchase wider size.

Nice tight fit
I was worried about them being either too loose after washing or too tight. These are still great after many washings. The only downfall is I slide and squeak when I walk across the floor after wearing them all day.
