Best book I’ve read so far!!!

An excellent diet plan
I have watched Dr. Nowzaradan's TV show and was wanting to try his weight loss program, so I got this book. It explains all about his diet plan. It has secrets to his diet plan as well as tips for staying on his diet. You will have a nutrition plan for developing a healthy eating habit. This book explains what foods to eat after weight loss surgery and what not to eat.I'm so impressed with this cookbook! It's the perfect tool for anyone trying to lose weight and eat healthy. The recipes are delicious, easy to make, and best of all, they're all within the daily calorie limit recommended by Dr. Nowzaradan. This book has made my weight loss journey so much easier and more enjoyable.

NOT for beginners.
I am NOT a good cook- total disclaimer there. As such a book that is for beginners appealed to me- however I found the recipes to be rather complicated using a multitude of ingredients, and abit more refined than my typical pallet. Incorporating lower calorie, low fat, low carb ingredients is what a would expect. 30 mins of prep time to me however, is a bit excessive for my way of life.

Great Recipes
The book is nice delicious sounding recipes but it must be a misprint because the index in the back has horrible information saying recipes are on pages and not there lol. Other than that I would recommend it
