Fun Book All Kids Should Read
We got this book when my daughter was in Kindergarten. It's a silly book that touches on how to treat people and how you might feel if you are being made fun of. As a 1st grader, she choose to gift this book to her class as it's one of her favorites.

My second graders really enjoyed this story and had a lot of fun trying to predict the ending! Illustrations are colorful and adorable and the message about inclusion is told in a very charming story.

I love this book
I love this book. What a wonderful lesson for kids! The boy gets confused and comes to school with his hair all done up with colored spray, but it crazy hair day is next week. This week is class picture day. He is totally humiliated, until the whole class comes to get their picture taken with crazy things on their heads. What would the world be like if we would all bend ourselves to making our friends feel good?

exploration of anxiety nightmare
This story explores one version of the kinds of nightmares that insecure people have: going to school half-dressed, having to take a final exam for a course that you've never attended, showing up to a party on the wrong day. The anxious among us can relate to coming to school with the perfect crazy hair on the wrong day--picture day. The story uses humor and silliness to deal with the topics of embarrassment, friendship, and compassion. While the character's peers initially react like real kids would, with some good direction, they mitigate the little guy's embarrassment. If only we were all so lucky as to have this little guy's teacher and friends when we make a social mistake.

Great Book
Cutest book ever! The main character comes to school thinking that it is Crazy Hair Day and he is stunned to find out that Crazy Hair Day is the following week and today is picture day! He hides in the bathroom until he is finally convinced to come out, only to find that all his classmates have come to his rescue and all have crazy hair too. This is a touching book to show that kids can help their friends when the going gets rough.

We all have a Bad Hair Day
This is an amazingly thoughtful book. The ending is a surprise and very heartwarming. My 7 year old grandchildren enjoyed this book. I think they related to the main character and learned a lesson as did the main character.

Funny and enjoyable to read!
Kids will really enjoy this book about a little boy who goes to school thinking it's "Crazy Hair Day" when it's in fact "Class Photos" day. Caregivers will also find this book fun to read - it's cute and not too long. There is a good little lesson inside about accepting and even rejoicing in your own foibles. Best for ages 3-6.
