In all my years of going to the dentist, I'd always get these as samples and they beat any other brand I'd get for myself. The pick on these, in my opinion, is the best pick, with just the right sharpness and pointiness to get food out from in between your teeth. I will continue buying this brand indefinitely.

Pros: strong- I can clean my whole mouth with 1 pic. Good grip- the grip is comfortable and makes it easy to hold unto when pressure is needed for tight teeth. Tip of pick is thin and strong enough to pick food loose.Cons: if you have tight teeth spacing, there is a thinner option that would slide between teeth more easily, but with a bit more pressure this will still work.Overall a 4.7 out of 5

As a dental hygienist , flossing is of most importance It reaches down below the gumline where the PLAQUE grows. Plaque isBACTERIA WHICH GROWS ON THE TEETH AND FEEDS ON SUGAR. Surely you’ve felt it on your teeth near the bottom near the gum line. It will grow down below the gums and grow and eat your tooth roots and then your bone. It smells nasty. It will continue until it’s removed. A toothbrush can’t go below your gum line but FLOSS CAN. Don’t pass this extremely important step.

Don’t break good cleaner

As a dental hygienist, regular string floss is the gold standard to use, but if you are going to use floss sticks - these are the ones I recommend!

Use the all the time

If you struggle with using regular floss try these. They do really help floss your teeth! They reach all the way back to the furthest tooth.
