We've been long-time SodaStream customers, and we used to restock our canisters at our local Bed Bath and Beyond store. For years, even through the COVID years. Then when they closed, we floundered. The mail packaging for the name brand was horrible. Twice I had trouble with the exchange returns not arriving in good shape. They tried to charge my account. So, I looked for an alternative. That's when I found SimpliSoda. You guys are super! Your canisters are full (that wasn't always true with the other guys) and super fizzy. Your shipping is quick. And I love that you're a Midwest small business. That means our canisters arrive in just days, rather than weeks. Your return shipping is easy and the boxes are sturdy. Only down side is that I can order only 2 canisters at a time. We drink so much carbonated water that we like to keep a few extras on hand. Thanks for serving us well.

outstanding service. I use the screw in bottles on my homebrew setup. The price is so good I do not even think about purchasing a large bottle. Top quality product. Shipping is fast and when I get the new bottles the old ones go in the mailer the new ones came in. I put on the porch and scan the label. They are picked up the next day or day after and I am finished with transaction. Well worth the cost of the service.

The media could not be loaded. We got the Simplisoda starter system (carbonation machine, 2 CO2 cylinders and bottle). Tried it out last week. Our family are more than satisfied that the whole system works great and met all of our expectations. Simple ease of use for all. So it was time to sign up for an additional 2 spare tanks and to sign up for the exchange program (we will have four cylinders total). They are now on their way, and I'm confident they will work as expected. I am beginning to realize some of the bad reviews are not to be taken seriously. I read where one person inquired about the brand name of this machine and caught somebody in the act, claiming the machine was from a competitor! So, no, it obviously performed well in the user videos. There's a big enough market for everyone, but some of us are looking for Made in USA quality at an economical price and if that hadn't been the case, I likely would've clicked out and not purchased anything at all, from anyone. Simplisoda sold me on the prospect of trying an at-home carbonated soda system.

Good stuff! Got those as a starter set and signed for the refills. Other brands are more expensive for sure! Lasts pretty long if you doing 3 puffs. Beats buying sparkling water at a grocery sore by a long mile

I've been very happy with these refills. They arrive quickly and the return process is very simple. I have not been able to schedule an at home pick up but they can be dropped off at any UPS store postal annex or other office where they have mail pick up. Have not been able to find a cheaper alternative and I always look for the cheapest alternative so I'm pretty sure there isn't one at least for now.

Does not seem to hold as much CO2 as the manufacturer's. I use a ninja thirsti and it does fit, though the first ninja thirsti canister I got that came with it lasted longer. No real way for me to know how much CO2 was actually in it. I planned to utilize their mail in program as it seemed like a good deal, though ultimately I ended up getting a 5lb CO2 tank and am using that instead. Outside of potentially inaccurate volume, they seem good

Works exactly as advertised. Each bottle I get about 40-45 liters of carbonated water.

about ten inches long, sleek, and gas powered. I’m not sure if taste means inhaling the gas or licking the bottle but they’re both pretty bland.
