love it, easy to assemble, sturdy and well worth the money

This could be twice as good as it is if it was shipped and packaged in longer lengths that didn’t need to be joined. Of course, it would be more expensive to store and transport but I think I’d rather pay the extra cost as the consumer. The runners where the curtain has to slide gets stuck on the join, there’s no way of stopping it. I’m six foot so can easily reach to move it along, but my wife wouldn’t be able to. The legs are joined by a plastic insert that makes putting it together a lot more tricky and has the potential to break it if you’re not careful in manoeuvring it about. You’re gonna need help towards the end especially in building the thing. It took me and my son 2 hrs, make sure you have a battery powered drill with a hex bit else you’ll be there all day with the supplied key: Once up, it feels sturdy and looks good and I’d recommend it. Four stars as if it was supplied in longer lengths it would be flawless and worth paying £300 instead of the £200 it cost

Frame seems to be fine. Canopy however isn't the best. Wind blows canopy open, the clips holding the canopy seem cheap. Canopy has unclipped 3 times and its only been assembled for 4 days. Given the height its a bit inconvenient to re clip. I contacted seller due to few screws not gripping properly and they have arranged for some extras to be sent out. Overall seller experience has been good, but unfortunately the quality isn't great. Already thinking of an alternate roofing option.

I'm utterly disappointed with this pergola! Firstly, the photos are misleading as they photoshopped the legs to make them look like they are one piece when in fact they are two pieces and held together with cheap plastic. Upon opening the packaging I was shocked to discover most of the pieces either had dents & scratches - the plastic wrap covering the pieces was intact so this must have been a factory issue. Speaking of factory issues, when putting together it became apparent that some of the screws holes hadn't even been threaded so you physically couldn't screw the thing together. One of the cross beams had 3 out of the 6 holes with zero thread and as you can see from the photos, most of the holes didn't even line up properly. As previous reviews have mentioned the guide rails for the fabric cover don't line up correctly so once assembled you cant open/close the cover without it catching. I'm well versed in assembling furniture and this was an absolute pig to put together & to make it worse, once you do manage to bodge the thing together it's not sturdy at all! Honestly, for the money it really isn't acceptable and I will be amazed if it lasts for more than 3 months before either falling over or caving in on itself. I guess the old saying is true, buy cheap buy twice!

Following instructions meant that assembly went well. Just needed four people to add bottom of supports. Quality is good, frame is sturdy. Staps holding shade closed need to be longer, otherwise very satisfied.

We had seen similar shades in garden centres which were 2 or 3 hundred pounds more than this one . So we decided to go for this . Package arrived earlier than expected . Assembly took a few hours , all the parts were individually wrapped and clearly marked . Nothing was damaged. It clearly stated on the boxes not to get rid of them before you were sure nothing needed to be returned . As returns are only accepted in the original boxes . So make sure you check everything first . Once in place we bolted the base plates into the paving stones . It does need to be secured as we have had a few windy days since putting it up and it needs to be stable . The only thing we found was the magnetic clip at the front which should attach to the hook when the canopy is drawn across , didn’t work that well So we attached a small metal washer to it and that works a treat . We are very happy with it . Early days But no problems so far .

Is this the best gazebo in the world? No. Is it the best for £150? Maybe I haven't bought any others this price. To fit our space we needed a 2M x 3M gazebo, most are square so that limited our options slightly. Is the weld quality the best? No. Is the quality of the metal frame the best? No. Does it function how it should? Yes! Does it look good? Well pictures are included you can decide for yourselves, but I think it's pretty good. If it costed more then I would expect more but all that aside I think it's pretty good for the price. We will have to see how it fairs in the long term but for now its a solid 4 stars
