Good for the Price
Not much to say with this product. It's pretty straight forward. For the price, and it being a 2 pack, you can't go wrong. It's a good purchase, especially for beginners.

It’s okay
Could be better. Feels a bit thin but has protected me from a few string slaps that would have stung like heck. Wish they had actual Velcro like the add suggest. But it works for now.

Good product, mis-made
The product is what it says to be, but there was a manufacturers error on one, one of the six fastening points had two buckles instead of a buckle and a strap.

Way better than getting slapped
Having a left & right handed bow that I alternate practicing with, getting a 2 pack was ideal for arm guards rather than taking one off repeatedly. It also came in handy when another person wanted to shoot simultaneously. The straps have a lot of length, so there’s a variety in size they fits. However, that strap length may get in the way for smaller framed individuals. The product is thin & lightweight which at first does not instill the most confidence. However, I have yet to notice any force on the arm from the string striking it, much less any redness or pain. These arm guards work perfectly for archery practice, as it protects the arm well, and does not cause too much discomfort from sweat & rubbing.

Not one size fits most
Too long for my adult female arm, too long for my tween daughter. Fit my teen son and adult husband.Advertised right on the box that they have 3 adjustable velcro straps. No velcro anywhere on them. They are adjustable, but not velcro.

Actually - not using for archery
My gym shut down due to Covid-19 and I’ve begun jumping rope. Since I’m not very good at it (at this time), I tend to step on the rope at inopportune times, causing a whipping effect on my 1/2# rope. Did I mention that the ropes come in various weights? Anyway, I wound up getting pretty bruised up on my outer arms and I searched for something that was well made, reasonably priced and would protect my arms. I found these arm guards and wear them sort of backwards. They have made ALL the difference. No bruising, no blood, no pain, no cursing. My wife thinks I’m prettier. The guards came quickly, are made very well and I’m really enjoying them. Sometime soon, I’ll even explore archery. I was good at it as a youngster. Actually won a big teddy bear for my wife at the Texas Renaissance Festival.

Meets my needs for a reasonable price.
GOODS-Good protective coverage.Vented, so not too hot but it is a vinyl type material.Reasonably priced.OTHERS- There is a chemical/ synthetic smell, since it is a fake leather product but I expect this will dissipate over time ( I’m leaving them outside when not in use, to gas off). The straps/buckles are positioned for right handed shooters. This is not really a problem because once you set the elastic straps, you won’t need to adjust them again; just slip them on and shoot. When I shoot lefty, I just turn the guard “inside out”( both sides are the same) this puts the buckles down and out of the way. You won’t be able to easily adjust the buckles, while wearing in this configuration, as they are now facing in but you shouldn’t need to readjust them, just slip it on.

Mold!?
Granted, at $8 one cannot expect too much, but I sure didn’t see the product arrive with one side covered in spot of mold. While I didn’t verify what exactly the specs were, it cleaned up fine with generic leather polish. The design is simple and if I ever get more serious a out bow shooting, I’d look for something a bit easier to put on. Also, my forearms are not quite Popeye but certainly not twigs either. So the straps barely are long enough and the patches look a bit as it I took them from my kids. Oh well. It’s functional though and the bow string hitting my arm is no longer a painful experience. At this point I am not sure how serious this ever will be for me and the $8 were wirth a try while the mold was an unpleasant surprise albeit nothing that didn’t clean up easily.
