Great DVD. I love it!
I love this DVD. The workouts are really good and i start fewling fantastic about 5 minutes. Great workout
Two good workouts offered by Jillian one more time. Level 1 is relatively easy (in my opinion) but it sets the pulse racing still. Level 2 is definately raising the bar higher. Suitable for all levels of fitness, you can start easy and work your way up, great.
Have lots of jillian’s dvd’s But really love this, I’m very fit but didn’t find this easy at all, got a great workout, would recommend. As always she has beginner and advanced versions of all the moves.

Not for very advanced
This was a nice dvd to get a little sweat. But if you are more advanced do not bother. Jillian and the trainers are funny and Jillian makes hilarious jokes every now and then.. she seems to be relaxed and that is nice to hear and watch.

Good for beginners or rest days from weights
The workouts are slightly easier than other Julian DVDs as you rest briefly between sets, so this is great if you still want to exercise but need a break from the more difficult ‘6 Week 6 Pack’ or ‘30 Day Shred’ DVDs.

Creative, fun and will get you out of breath but not advanced
it's Jillian Michaels so needless to say, it is creative and super fun.....if you are an experienced Jillian fan you may find these workouts quite "easy" in comparison to the other Killer Dvd,s and the 90day body revolution and the Bodyshred series but I find this DVD great for days when I am tired or else I tend to do one Killer or Bodyshred DVD then do one of these Killer Cardio as well to get an extra boost....Either way I adore Jillian and love all her fast and furious and thoroughly creative DVD's and have had great fun doing these workouts, especially the second one! On tired days I do them back to back and add hand weights to every move I can on level 1 to make it harder, but yes I would have preferred them to be more intense and longer, they are more like 20 minutes and not that intense for those who have been working out with Jillian for a long time, but as I said I am adding level 2 onto my workouts after doing a more intense Jillian workout as I do know that HIIT really works for fat burning.

It really is a killer!
Jillian is great I have a few of her dvds. It really is a killer and you will feel it the next day.

Maybe good for beginners
If you are a Jillian veteran, you will find this waaaaay too easy. The routines aren’t even as long as she says they are. I occasionally do both routines back to back, as I bought the dvd and hate to waste it! But really, they’re too gentle to be much good unless you’re a beginner in which case you might really enjoy them.
