I bought these for my husband. Because it says it works on blood pressure. Well see. My husband just started taking them.

I bought this due to my cholesterol is getting higher and I definitely do not want to take those drugs to lower it. If I can do it naturally, then that will be great. Blood work is coming up and will see how this and another supplement have done. I find Dr Mercola has really good products and will continue to use these products. Great pricing here as well.

Smells just like the black garlic bulbs. Good for lowering blood pressure.

I'd never heard of this product before but wanted garlic as it is good to kill pathogens. This seems good, I've only taken 2, will continue on but don't really know that much about it.

Dr. Mercola DO has created a very good supplemental Product in fermented black garlic supplements. When you open the bottle you can smell the black garlic and it in my opinion it smells wonderful. When you put the supplement in your mouth you can taste the black garlic and it has in my opinion a good taste without giving you bad garlic breath. You can probably kiss without worrying about passing on garlic breath to the person you are kissing.

I don't care for the smell or taste as you take these, but they do not cause garlic smell or taste after taking; they smell like garlic bread, which I like, but not when taking a supplement! However, these work! I have been taking these along with citrus bergamot, so I assume that both are working. My cholesterol levels in 5 months have gone from absolutely horrible to pretty good! I am now in the normal range in most categories of cholesterol blood work and well on my way to normal levels in others! And to be honest, my diet the last few months has been bad: lots of fast food, too much sugar and fats. I'm back on a healthy regimen and exercising now as of the last few weeks, but in spite of all the bad I was doing, these supplements improved things tremendously.

Fast and efficient, good packaging, quality product.

I am sure it is a good product nutritionally, but I ended up throwing away half the expensive bottle because the taste was so bad and left an after taste as well.
