You want this knife
Out of the box sharp, crisp open, good close, looks sharp and clean. Size is just right for work around the property, carries well in pocket. Clip is stiff so I loosened it to fit in pocket. Provides me with a finger rest. I'm 5'9", 180 and this thing is my EDC with no probs.Don't use the tip to wedge stuff open because it will break - and then I bought another one. =)

Nice, but too big for EDC
For years I carried a Kershaw Brawler pocket knife everyday, and I had zero complaints. The Kershaw is assisted open, and I hardly notice it when it is clipped into my pocket. After a couple of occasions where I desperately needed a bottle opener, I went on the search for an EDC pocket knife with a bottle opener. I eventually picked this one and put it on my Christmas list.I received the knife on Christmas morning and immediately clipped it into my pocket. It is noticeably wider and longer than the Kershaw. I definitely noticed it in my pocket. And this blade is not assisted open. In fact, it takes a little bit of effort to get it started, and it does not open all the way unless I snap my wrist to enhance the opening motion. I thought it might just take some time to get used to a bigger knife, so I made this my everyday knife for the last two months.After 2 months of daily use, I have decided to go back to the Kershaw. In the meantime, I watched some videos on how to open a bottle with a normal pocket knife, so the bottle opener is no longer needed. The S&W knife is fine, but too big and difficult to open to be an EDC for me.BOTTOM LINE:I have no complaints about the quality of the knife or the sharpness of the blade. However, as an EDC in the front pocket of my jeans, it is just too big. Combine that with being stiff to open, and I just did not enjoy carrying the knife.For reference, I am 6'0", weigh 220 pounds, and I wear regular fit jeans (no skinny jeans).
