As with all Grohe products, looks good and works well, especially for the money. Why spend a little less and get something that looks cheaper! Note that you do need to rotate the output control quite a way around to get to full, (past the eco-stop button). Shower handset rail also looks good and works well as does the shower head.

This is the second of these I’ve bought for different bathrooms. They are easy to fit and install, seem really good quality and doesn’t leek. It has useful water saving functions to stop the kids turning it on too fast and wasting all the water, plus the same function for stopping them turning it on too hot and burning. Seems good, time will tell, but would recommend based on the build quality.

Quality shower set from Grohe. Thermostat in the cheap one installed by the builders broke in less than a year, so we've replaced it by that. 3 years later, this one is going strong - only needed to replace hose after 2 years, which is to be expected. It is high quality item, inside and outside, easy to clean and still looks and works like new. As the old saying goes - buy cheap buy twice - so get this instead!

First of all, the quality of the thermostatic unit itself is very high, as I have always found Grohe products to be. The finish is excellent, and the weight of the unit gives it a very solid and robust feel. The action of the two rotating switches at the end is smooth and has a good quality feel. The shower head itself has three spray options, and we had a little trouble eliminating a small leak between the shower head and the hose. However we tightened it, a small trickle of water came out of the screwed joint when the shower was on – we will replace the washer and try to resolve this, but at the moment it is a little disappointing. Before buying this unit, please do take care that your water system is compatible with it. We had this fitted, turned all the water back on, then started the shower – any absolutely nothing happened – no water came through at all. After some investigation, the problem was that the thermostatic valve would not let water through initially, and for our system, it is the water flow that turns the pump on. So, we now have to turn the bath tap on first (which gets the pump going) and then the shower (after which the bath tap can be turned off). Our water tank and pump are on the same floor as the shower, so we lack the gravity in the system which would work for a loft mounted tank. I’m no expert, but our plumber mentioned that a negative head pump would resolve our issue, but for the moment we are living with the slightly awkward workaround of having to use the bath tap as an “on switch” before using the shower. In retrospect, I wish we had bought a simple mixer shower valve, and foregone the safety benefits of a thermostatic valve, but you live and learn…

Never buy a cheap shower when quality of this standard is so affordable. All of our showers are Grohe. Quarter turn on/off is fluid in motion and easy to rotate with wet hands. Thermostatic temperature control is almost instantaneous which is great if you have other water users at home causing pressure drops at the shower head. Head position lock is positive and has never slipped. Fully serviceable and parts are readily available (not that we have needed any to date).

Suite à un problème de mitigeur défaillant, j'ai acheté cet ensemble Grohe. Excellent produit! Plus design et contemporain que ce que j'avais. Installation facile en moins d'une heure. Et prix canon. Eau qui est de suite à la bonne température et qui ne varie pas. Economiseur pour le débit d'eau qui est nickel, même en mettant la réduction de débit la plus importante. Seul bémol mais qui ne concerne pas le produit: la livraison. C'est TNT qui m'a livré. J'ai déjà reçu des dizaines de colis à mon adresse par La Poste. Mais eux les "spécialistes" de la livraison ne sont pas capables de trouver mon nom à l'adresse indiquée...!

Mitigeur de très bonne qualité, d’une marque fiable et reconnue. Finitions soignées et fonctionnement parfait. Difficile de faire mieux en qualité !

Wir suchten ein Brausethermostat für einen Durchlauferhitzer und nach einiger Suche fand ich die Grohe Geoterm. Aussehen: sowohl der Duschkopf die Stange und das Thermostat sehen recht schlicht aber edel aus. Auch die längere Stange sieht in einer normalen Duschkabiene nicht überdimensioniert aus.Macht sich aber besser in einer großen Duschkabiene. Ist aber Geschmackssache. Verarbeitung: alle Bedienelemente fühlen sich recht wertig an und man hat nicht das Gefühl ,das einenm alles gleich entgegenkommt. Auch das mitgelieferte Zubehör , Siebe und das Installationsmaterial sind von recht hoher Qualität. Installation. Mit etwas Handwerklichen Geschick kann dieses Brausethermostat an einen normalen Duschanschluss angeschlossen werden.Sollter der Abstand zwischen den kalt und warm Wasser anschluss nicht passsen, ist es möglich durch die mitgeliferten übergangswinkel Rohre angepasst werden. Aber , mann sollte darauf Achten ob dieses so ohne weiterres möglich ist. Im Zweifelsfalle einen Fachman zu Rate ziehen. Dieses ist aber bei jeder Garnitur oder Thermostat der Fall. Funktion: Sowohl die Temperatur als auch diew Wassersparfunktion sind sehr shr gut. Keine Tempoeraturschwankung beim Duschen. Auch das Duschgefühl ist sehr angenehm, trotz der ganzen "Wassersparfunktionen" . Ein gleichmäßiger Wasserfluss .Den Wasser Strahl kann man Individuell auf seine Bedürnisser einstellen. Würde Sie jeder Zeit wieder kaufen auch wenn Sie etwas teurer ist.
