Excellent product... 8 outta 8 balls are holding air so far
Great product... just follow the directions and it works well. Using the quart size bottle of Ball Doctor, I've repaired one volleyball and seven basketballs (old one, most newer... some leather, most streetball rubber), and all of them hold air a month later. One bball took two attempts... probably my own fault because I didn't use enough product in the first go-round due to loading the syringe wrong (see tips below). The bad reviews on this stuff are probably from people who can't follow directions or a few who got dried out single-use packs (quart size is cheap, repairs about 30 balls, and stays fresh from a tight sealed bottle). There is just no way I've repaired a half dozen of my balls and some basketballs for friends on the first try all by luck yet other people have such a tough time. Take your time, and you will be pleased....A FEW TIPS: the product label has limited directions. They are good directions, just limited. Here is what worked for me: the same directions with a few more small additions:1) Have the ball a bit flat to start (zero PSI). If it has pressure, it might shoot out some of the goop or the whole syringe plunger when you insert your syringe.2) Shake the Ball Doctor bottle WELL, and it will look thick like tan pudding with bits of rope fiber in it.3) Take the syringe cap off by pulling straight (don't need to twist/screw it). ***IMPORTANT: To fill the syringe, you have to take the plunger out and slowly dump some of the goop into the red syringe from its top. One ounce is for balls (soccer, bball, vball, etc), and that's roughly a half full syringe. The label instructions are not clear on this, but it is very key to the repair to have enough. Do NOT try to draw up the goop product through the syringe tip like a medicine or typical liquids syringe... that doesn't work due to thicnkess, and you will only get a few drops (yet won't know that since you can't see through the syringe). Again, remove the plunger and dump the goop in the syringe top... don't worry, it is too thick to leak out bottom tip.4) Get the syringe tip wet with water or saliva or whatever and push straight into the ball nozzle. Have your thumb on the syringe plunger at this time in case it gets pushed up (shouldn't if you have zero PSI ball).5) Once the syringe is in, push the plunger down and you will hear a splat sound of the goop going into the ball. Pull the plunger up an inch and push down a couple more times to get it all inside. Take the syringe out very carefully (quart bottle will last for roughly 30 repairs, but you're screwed if you break the one syringe).6) Pump the ball with air to the high end of its PSI rating on the ball (usually 9 for bball or 5 for soccer or vballs), then bounce many times, spin, bounce more, spin more, etc.If it holds air after a day or two, it worked. If not, you can try again, but the weight of more and more of the Ball Doctor goop would probably eventually mess up the ball. Good luck, hope this helps... fantastic product and saves a ton of money if used correctly.

Don't waste your money
Followed directions to the letter and after injecting one one ball according to instructions, the pump that was included with the purchase filed to function. The pump's cylinder loaded with "ball doctor" would not inject the liquid into the ball due to a vapor lock in the pump's cylinder. Wish I had something nice to say about the outcome, but it doesn't give me a chance.

It actually works most of the time
I used this to refill the ball repair kit many times. It's messy, but it should be...it's glue. It works about 70% of the time and that's not bad. :)

Cactus and balls dont mix well together
My kid loves to play ball in front of the house but i have a cactus garden joshua tree and all and the slightest bump from any ball makes the ball flat in an instant! Got a quart of this ball doctor and repaired all the balls fast. Tiny cactus pinholes are no match for this stuff i was a bit skeptical but it works and i almost had to give up some of my plants to satisfy the family so that saved my garden. Now if they dont like em they can move out!: )

Didn't work on the 3 balls I tried.
It didn't seal the leaks on the 3 balls I tried it on. I intend to buy more balls at the Thrift store and try it on them.

Works on Soccer Balls with Thorn Gashes!
This has brought back to life 8 soccer balls in my family likely saving me $240! Instant return on investment. I bought the ball doctor single and the. Went back in for more. The description says it will not work on balls with a bladder, but all my soccer balls are like that and it has worked. We live in Arizona and my son often hits cactus or other thorny bushes and creates large gashes in his soccer balls. This plugs them right up.

Doesn't include a syringe
The only thing I will say is if you don't have a syringe this is useless. I purchased this because I have used this product before and it works. However it CLEARLY states it includes a syringe so I didn't order one. It arrived today and no syringe. Makes it VERY hard to use it on soccer balls for tomorrow's training session since my old syringe is trash. If I had known they weren't going to include a syringe I would have purchased one with this so I could use it tomorrow when I needed it. Now I will have to do a separate order for just a syringe. Company has yet to respond to why their product is listed with false information. Keep that in mind when ordering this.

Product doesn't works as supposed to
This product is not useful, I have 4 volleyball balls and used this product per direction in all four but non of them get fixed and still has air leakage. I used the product 4 consecutive times in of the ball and couldn't fix it and eventually the weight of ball got heavier, now the ball can't be used it anymore.
