First, this is a huge package of tea leaves! I’ll never run out!Second, this is a nice, calming, mellow tea. I first experienced it after a sound bath session at my local yoga studio. It was lovely then, so I HAD to have some on hand in my home. I can brew it anytime I feel the need for calm.Third, I like the packaging. A zip-type bag that I will put in cold storage from which I can take smaller amounts for use.This was an overall wise purchase on my part.

I take the leaves and put it in a coffee grinder and pulverize it and use about a half a teaspoon for 2 cups of tea. I find and doing this you are releasing all of the flavonoids from the tea, which is beneficial. The flavor is amazing. You could add a little, or licorice to it to give it a little bit of sweetness or alternatively, you could add hibiscus. I have tried both and love it

I make herbal tea with tulsi as my base. I grow my own herbs & my tulsi didn’t do great this year. I purchased this product to use in my teas & was really happy with it. Great quality herbs.
